Open Position: Operations Manager

Hobe Sound Nature Center is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our leadership team and support the day-to-day operations, financial systems, and continued growth of our organization.

This position combines financial management, operations, administration, and strategic support with hands-on participation in environmental education, special events, wildlife care, and visitor engagement.

Position Details:

Location: Hobe Sound, Florida
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35–40 hours/week
Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually
Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, health, dental & vision insurance
