Wildlife Education and Communications Internship
This is a paid internship for undergraduate students, masters candidates, PhD. candidates, or recent graduates, with an interest in wildlife conservation and environmental education. We are currently accepting applications for our fall internship.
Hours
Position requires 20 variable hours per week, including one weekend day, and occasional evenings and holidays.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate educator and naturalist to join our small team of educators, biologists, and resource managers. Interns will be involved in all organizational and operational activities, including but not limited to curriculum development, teaching, outreach, community building, guided hikes, turtle walks, animal care and husbandry, data collection, event planning, social media, and occasional administrative work. However, there will be an emphasis on science communication, interpretive education, social media management and analytics.
