Nature Camps

Not All Classrooms Have Four Walls

Hobe Sound Nature Center Camps are designed to foster meaningful connections between children and nature. Campers experience live wildlife presentations, nature crafts, indoor and outdoor games, shallow water wading and dip netting in the Indian River Lagoon, and so much more! Our camps are offered during the winter, spring, and summer months. Each week-long program is tailored to expose children to the wonders of South Florida’s rich, natural heritage, while learning how to nurture what’s native in our backyards.

We always welcome children of all abilities! To ensure every camper has the best possible experience, we strongly recommend that those who need extra support attend with an aide or caregiver. If you have any questions about accommodations, we’d love to discuss how we can make camp a great fit for your child.

Camps are open to children ages 6 to 10.
