Reed Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge is the perfect place to reconnect with nature and take action to protect our planet. Led by the Nature Center staff, together we will dive into the world of expression through connecting with nature. Paper and pencils will be provided, but please bring any of your own materials.

Join us as we explore how studying dolphins' behavior, diet, and physiology can uncover critical information about environmental changes, such as climate shifts, toxic algal blooms, and contamination from human activity. By monitoring dolphin populations, scientists gain a better understanding of the broader challenges facing marine environments, emphasizing the importance of conserving these charismatic animals to ensure the health of the oceans and the communities that depend on them.

This class will be a peaceful slow flow style: This class is a deliberate and slow paced Vinyasa flow with a twist. It’s Mindful and dynamic and sometimes incorporates mini pranayamas and mediations along with the asanas. It can be ideal for yogis just starting off or for those who want to hone in on their practice and postures. Remember, slow doesn’t necessarily mean easy. A fun class that’s a mental and physical treat. The class will take place on the Indian River Lagoon beach, weather permitting. The class will be moved indoors if necessary. Please bring your own mat or towel.
