Explore, Connect, Build Community
Refuge Rangers: Homeschool Series
Hobe Sound Nature Center Homeschool Programs provide students with engaging environmental education experiences designed specifically for homeschool learners. Each program explores a different science or nature-based topic through an educator-led presentation and complementary hands-on activity.
Programs may feature live animal ambassadors, biofacts, scientific investigations, demonstrations, games, and other interactive learning experiences that connect learners with Florida's native wildlife, ecosystems, and natural resources.
More than a lesson, Refuge Rangers provides homeschool families with opportunities to explore the natural world, connect with other homeschoolers, build community, and share in the joy of learning together.
