Photo Release for Minor Children

I hereby authorize the Hobe Sound Nature Center to publish the photographs taken of me and/or my minor children, on the Hobe Sound Nature Center website and/or the Hobe Sound Nature Center social media channels. I release the Hobe Sound Nature Center and the summer camp program from any expectation of confidentiality for the minor children and myself and attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children listed and that I have the authority to authorize the Hobe Sound Nature Center and the summer camp program to use their photographs. I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites produced by the Hobe Sound Nature Center or the summer camp program is voluntary, neither the minor children nor I will receive financial compensation. I further agree that participation in any publication and website produced by the Hobe Sound Nature Center or the summer camp program confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release the Hobe Sound Nature Center, its administrators, agents, volunteers, contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the minor child listed.
